Georgia Licensed Property Tax Consultant

Job Summary

To meet the property tax needs of small to medium-sized clients, the full-time salaried Georgia Licensed Property Tax Consultant will act as the primary client interface, manage property assessment appeals, and prepare valuation appeals while working both onsite in Atlanta and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client interface for daily operations and manage property assessment appeals
• Prepare appeals for property valuation and provide necessary support for billing processes
• Present data to senior management for revenue development and assist with efficient review and appeal processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
