Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, a Georgia Licensed Psychiatrist will provide remote care for patients with alcohol use disorder, managing medication, assessing patient histories, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a part-time or full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patient history and formulate care plans, including medication management and lab result interpretation
- Lead video appointments and communicate with patients through various secure channels
- Collaborate with medical staff and coaches to monitor health outcomes and revise care plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Psychiatrist or Physician Certified in Addiction Medicine
- 2+ years of experience in addiction treatment
- Technology-savvy with experience in telehealth and service apps
- Secure private office setup for conducting video appointments
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
