Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Peer Support Specialists, providing mentorship and performance monitoring
• Act as the frontline clinician for cases flagged by AI systems or Peer Support team, performing outreach and risk assessments
• Conduct regular audits of AI conversation logs to ensure adherence to protocols and patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted psychotherapist licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC) with 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred
• Must be licensed to practice within the state of Georgia
• Proven track record in supervising or training clinicians or peer support staff
• Advanced skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning
• Strong interest in AI and ability to evaluate machine-generated text through a clinical lens
