Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist who will support the development and implementation of quality improvement interventions and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitors quality of care concerns and collaborates with medical directors to resolve issues
  • Implements quality improvement initiatives and analyzes performance data for improvement opportunities
  • Conducts internal audits and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED with a current unrestricted RN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred Master's Degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Improvement functions
  • 5+ years of experience in Managed Care
