Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Georgia Licensed Quality Specialist will perform outbound patient calls regarding clinical programs and medication adherence while collaborating with quality, population health, and pharmacy teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to patients to ensure timely medication refills and adherence to treatment plans
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic records and assist with medication reconciliation
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate referrals and improve patient health outcomes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent healthcare experience required
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Prior experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
