Georgia Licensed Regional ABA Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Regional ABA Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative staff in assigned regions, ensuring quality and adherence to protocols
• Develop and implement performance-driven initiatives and operational improvements
• Serve as the primary contact for new families, managing client intake and onboarding processes

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Active Georgia BCBA licensure; Alabama BCBA licensure is preferred or must be pursued
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in ABA, preferably in an in-home or community-based setting
• Experience in providing practicum supervision to BCBA or BCaBA candidates is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing clinical and/or operations teams
