Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Georgia Licensed Registered Dietitian will lead virtual meetings focused on healthy lifestyle changes for weight loss and management in patients with obesity, while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group telephonic or video sessions to promote weight management and healthy lifestyle changes
• Provide compassionate counseling and support to patients, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
• Utilize technology effectively to document sessions and engage with clients through virtual platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field, with current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical, community, or research dietetics, with a focus on weight management counseling
• Experience in telemedicine and health coaching is preferred
• Certification in health coaching or as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) is strongly preferred
• Registered in the state of Georgia or other applicable states (GA, CT)
