Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - WMG Primary Care Nurse Access PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and triage via telephone or secure messaging, prioritizing care based on severity
• Provide pre and post procedure education and follow-up care, ensuring patients understand their health and recovery
• Coordinate with healthcare team members and participate in team meetings to enhance remote care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Preferred experience in virtual care services and physician practice settings
