Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse, Remote Patient Monitoring Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound remote patient monitoring data streams to identify clinical changes requiring intervention
• Triaging patient escalations and engaging with patients and care teams to coordinate timely care
• Document clinical interactions and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Georgia and a multi-state compact license
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, particularly in assessment and care coordination
• Prior experience in telemonitoring or remote patient monitoring as a principal function of the role
• Strong proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital health platforms
• Ability to respond to critical patient alerts within defined response time thresholds
