Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a Georgia Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burdens in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and expectations while exercising independent clinical judgment
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing an outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
