Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Planner to provide education and support to workplace participants regarding retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new participants by educating them on retirement plans and investment strategies
• Support consolidation inquiries by identifying prior workplace plans and offering suitable solutions
• Engage with participants to conduct needs-based analysis and provide appropriate retirement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; Series 66 preferred within 90 days of hire
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services highly desirable
• Previous phone center experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results
