Georgia Licensed Retirement Planner

Job Summary

To support workplace retirement plan participants, the full-time Georgia Licensed Retirement Planner will educate individuals on retirement readiness, guide them through employer-sponsored plans, and help them make informed decisions about their financial goals while working remotely within 90 miles of Greater Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Educate participants on retirement plan benefits, employer matching contributions, and investment strategies
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify participant goals and recommend appropriate retirement solutions
• Collaborate with team members to address complex planning needs and enhance participant outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory role
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 65 or 66 must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends
• Proven ability to conduct needs-based conversations and support asset acquisition and retention
• Openness to coaching and adapting to evolving business needs
