Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize the revenue cycle in a growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle performance, including billing, coding, accounts receivable, and collections
• Optimize Medicare and commercial reimbursement processes and manage credentialing workflows
• Develop KPIs, track performance, and ensure compliance with CMS and payer regulations

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and commercial billing
• Hands-on experience with Athenahealth
• Experience in improving KPIs and revenue performance
• Understanding of credentialing workflows (CAQH, PECOS, etc.)
