Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist I to manage patient collection activities in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls related to collections and billing
• Research account details, document interactions, and refer accounts to bad debt agencies as needed
• Meet quality, productivity, and collection performance standards while providing professional customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of collection experience, preferably in a healthcare or call center setting
• Solid knowledge of patient collections and bad debt procedures
• Ability to work with various systems to perform daily job duties
• Preferred certifications include CPAR, CMA, CPB, or AHIMA equivalent
