Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Call Center Agent (Cold Calling - Senior Market).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to introduce services and schedule in-home visits
• Educate seniors on lower extremity health and chronic care management
• Document calls and update CRM records with customer interactions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, healthcare, or senior services preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus
• Positive attitude and persistence in handling objections
• Ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting goals
