Key Responsibilities

Coach IT Team Leads to confidently run Scrum events and Kanban activities
Train teams in Agile best practices, backlog management, prioritization, and use of ticketing tools
Identify and remove impediments; facilitate retrospectives and promote collaboration between teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years working with Agile teams
Scrum Master certification (required); additional Agile certifications preferred
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow (ITSM/Agile), MS Teams, Office 365
