Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage litigation cases, handle court appearances, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Georgia
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to handle all facets of discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
