Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and maintain routine communications with clients

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Georgia
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience in insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
