Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop compelling case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in the State of Georgia
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and support
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
