Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced attorneys within the firm

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in the State of Georgia
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience in insurance defense matters preferred
