Job Summary
Seeking a Georgia Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while providing leadership and direction to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients while mentoring less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in Georgia
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
