Georgia Licensed Senior Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Senior Operations Specialist will provide administrative and reporting support for offshore initiatives in the Employee Health & Benefits area, managing offshoring projects to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor service performance against SLA/KPIs and review reporting results
• Prepare management information and governance reporting, including escalation protocols for risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and resolve operational issues

Required qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
• Life & Health Insurance License
• Employee Health and Benefits experience
• Offshore Operations experience
• Ability to work without direct supervision
