Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and technical experts to design solution strategies and lead proposal development
• Manage the complete lifecycle of fixed-price projects, ensuring successful delivery and deployment
• Oversee AI and non-AI initiatives and manage distributed teams to ensure quality execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery or enterprise system implementation
• Proven background in managing complex enterprise projects or large-scale transformation programs
• Experience in delivering both AI and traditional software projects
• Strong technical literacy to engage with architects and engineering leads
• Deep experience managing offshore and nearshore delivery teams
