Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Georgia Licensed Senior Tax Manager will lead a multi-million dollar portfolio of complex partnership clients in real estate, focusing on client retention, technical excellence, and team development in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's expert on partnership taxation, conducting final technical reviews and advising clients on complex tax issues
• Manage client relationships to ensure proactive tax counsel and identify opportunities for service expansion
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university
• CPA certification
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in partnership taxation
• Demonstrated expertise in real estate partnership taxation and experience with multi-state tax returns
• Proven experience leading client relationships and managing teams of tax professionals
