Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Spanish-Speaking BCBA (1099) with full admin support and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs in implementing treatment plans and evaluate client progress
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while communicating with the team on billing and insurance

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
• Master's Degree
• Must live in Georgia
• Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and families
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care
