Job Summary
To lead the Specialty Insights portfolio, the full-time Georgia Licensed Specialty Director will manage program delivery, develop relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensure projects meet business goals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee program management for the Specialty Insights portfolio, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders for market insights and coordinate resources across teams
- Recruit, train, and manage staff while fostering a safe and productive work environment
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in a specialty therapeutic area, including Oncology
- Extensive experience with a relevant medical degree (MD, PhD, RN, NP, PharmD) and pharmacy licensure in good standing
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing healthcare provider-based programs
- Additional specialty certification is highly desired
