Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Tax to join their Accounting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and quarterly GAAP and Statutory tax provisions
• Assist with the preparation and review of U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns
• Prepare monthly tax journal entries and quarterly tax reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or equivalent experience
• CPA and/or Master's of Taxation (preferred)
• Experience with preparation of corporate tax provision
• Experience implementing tax provision software (preferred)
