Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee tax operations and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns
• Manage the quarterly and annual worldwide income tax provision process
• Monitor changes in tax law and assess their impact on the organization's tax position

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting; MST preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
• 6+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Extensive experience with US GAAP and ASC 740
• Strong working knowledge of ERP and tax compliance software
