Job Summary
Leading national operations for Facility Condition Assessment services, the full-time Georgia Licensed Technical Director will provide strategic direction, oversee client engagement, and ensure quality compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees national production operations, ensuring accountability for revenue targets and financial health of the business line
- Establishes executive-level client relationships and identifies opportunities for service expansion and issue resolution
- Drives business development efforts, including leading pursuit strategies and presenting capabilities to key clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of commercial building evaluation experience, with extensive knowledge of ASTM E2018 methodologies
- At least 12 years in client management and leadership of multi-disciplinary technical service teams
- Five years of senior leadership experience managing multi-level teams and business line financial performance
- Active licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required
