Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physician (Part-Time W2/Georgia Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinic schedule for synchronous video visits and asynchronous consultations
• Provide evidence-based care and medical assessments for patients with cardiometabolic conditions
• Supervise and support the multidisciplinary Care Team and act as a supervising physician for advanced practice providers

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Obesity Medicine, or a related specialty
• Valid, unrestricted medical licenses in Georgia
• Experience treating cardiometabolic conditions such as type 2 diabetes and obesity
• Prior telemedicine experience strongly preferred
