Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time 1099 Telehealth Practitioner to conduct comprehensive health assessments for enrolled Medicare Advantage members.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive care remotely and conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Create personalized care plans and coordinate with members' primary care physicians
• Document visits and ensure compliance with service policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Certified as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or MD/DO from an accredited program
• Current unencumbered GA Licensure as a Registered Nurse or valid Georgia medical doctor license
• Active DEA and CDS registration
• Minimum of 1 year clinical work experience providing direct patient care
• Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent qualifications for MD/DO
