Job Summary

To support preventive healthcare initiatives, the part-time Georgia Licensed Telehealth RN will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on patient education, health assessments, and collaboration with supervising physicians in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories, including medication lists and risk factors for chronic diseases
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans based on individual needs

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA
• Must be fully bi-lingual in Korean and English
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or telehealth setting
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth technology
