Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Telehealth RN, the part-time PRN Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while working remotely under physician supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in compliance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories, assessing health status and risk factors
• Provide patient education on preventive measures and develop personalized prevention plans

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary or preventive care
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms
• Must be fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English
• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
