Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - 1099 Contractor - LCSW or LPC - Georgia Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care through outcome-based, short-term treatment programs lasting 8 to 20 sessions
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and document session notes
• Participate in care team meetings and assist participants with resource access and consent forms

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 10+ hours per week
• Eligibility to enroll as a provider in the Medicare program or ability to terminate opt-out if applicable
