Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner - GA.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and examine public records to determine a property's status of title
Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages and deeds
Read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in the title insurance business
Preferred examination experience in Georgia
Strong understanding of the general title process and related documentation
Experience with County Government websites and title-related software
