Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Resolution Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee work completed by Commercial Total Loss Auto Claims adjusters while providing hands-on claim support as needed
• Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling and align team performance with client expectations
• Attract, hire, and train high-performing team members while fostering a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial total loss experience in transportation claims adjusting
• 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Active adjuster license required; resident state license preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory if other qualifications are met
• Comfortable with technology and committed to improving claims systems and processes
