Georgia Licensed Training Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end training lifecycle for the Medicare program, the full-time Georgia Licensed Training Supervisor will ensure new hires and existing agents are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional member experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and supervise training sessions for new hires and existing agents, ensuring compliance with CMS standards
• Customize training materials and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to standardize delivery across multiple trainers
• Monitor performance metrics and implement remediation plans for trainees at risk of underperformance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in Healthcare, Nursing, or Business Administration being a plus
• 3-5 years of training experience in a US Healthcare contact center or Medicare process
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience managing trainers or multiple training batches
• Certification in Training Delivery, Instructional Design, or Coaching is preferred
• Exposure to HIPAA, CMS audits, and compliance training frameworks is advantageous
