Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Coordinate lease renewals and new site acquisitions, acting as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
• Track transaction activity and collaborate on new products and operational plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred
• Real Estate Salesperson License is required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong math skills for financial calculations
