Key Responsibilities

• Resolve product or service problems and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage workflow of Quality Control Specialists and Medical Transcriptionists to ensure turnaround time
• Train and assist in the development of new hires while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate
• 2 years of experience in healthcare administration
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
