Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and annotate pleadings and documents related to Georgia probate administration
  • Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on Trusts & Estates topics
  • Create checklists and step-by-step guidance for practitioners
Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Member, in good standing, of the Georgia State Bar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law in Georgia
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents and preparing pleadings for probate proceedings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with online legal research
