Job Summary

Georgia Licensed Underwriter, responsible for underwriting new and renewal business, supervising a team, and providing professional service to agents and carriers in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business while meeting production goals
• Supervise a multi-person team and ensure effective communication of pertinent information
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and market products and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation
• Three years of experience in production and marketing of new accounts
• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
• Knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating
• Ability to understand and analyze insurance policies and client risk exposures
