Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Associate to join their Managing General Underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle renewal preparatory work and initial reviews for underwriter pricing
• Act as the first point of contact for mid-term endorsement requests and service issues
• Generate monthly reports and assist in operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of related insurance experience, preferably in Environmental Insurance
• Surplus Lines insurance license is a plus
• Solid understanding of business technologies and workflows
• Knowledge of Excel is a plus
