Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Incentive Compensation to lead the design and execution of global variable compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global sales compensation strategy and administration of incentive compensation programs
  • Partner with executive leadership to align compensation plans with corporate objectives and strategies
  • Manage the global incentive compensation team and ensure operational excellence in compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in incentive/sales compensation in a global leadership role, preferably in SaaS/enterprise software
  • Experience designing and managing complex, multi-region incentive plans
  • Familiarity with ICM platforms and strong analytical and modeling experience
  • Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels and drive transformation
  • Expertise in change management during periods of growth or transformation
