Job Summary

Seeking a Georgia Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster for a full-time temporary position, the candidate will adjudicate complex indemnity claims remotely while managing litigation, analyzing claims documentation, and reporting on trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjudicate higher complexity workers' compensation claims and manage litigation
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and analyzing documentation
• Report on claims trends and prepare documentation for file management

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in Georgia
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Georgia Workers' Compensation Adjuster license
• Strong claim negotiation skills and business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business-related software
