Job Summary

Serving as the financial lead for large, complex client assignments, the full-time Health and Benefits Financial/Actuarial Senior Director will leverage expertise in benefits financial and actuarial strategies to make strategic recommendations, drive revenue growth, and develop new intellectual capital while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve plan performance
• Leads financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients, developing tailored strategies
• Guides regional and global teams on deliverables and collaborates effectively across functions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships successfully
• Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
