Georgia LPC Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Georgia LPC Clinical Supervisor will oversee associate-level clinicians providing teletherapy services to students, ensuring high-quality care and mentoring while collaborating with educational and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions with associate clinicians in compliance with Georgia Board requirements
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, for associate clinicians
• Provide real-time consultation and support for crisis situations while guiding case conceptualization and clinical decision-making

Required qualifications

• Fully licensed LPC with an active Georgia LPC Supervisor credential
• Experience supervising associate clinicians in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of teletherapy practices and ethical standards in mental health care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school counselors and community partners
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in clinical supervision
