Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
• Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days after starting
• Flexibility in scheduling options for work hours
