Job Summary
To support a growing fintech startup, the full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Service Agent will assist existing customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and address inquiries regarding policy details while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Georgia P&C license (will be provided within 60 days of starting)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Flexible scheduling availability for a 5-day, 8-hour or 4-day, 10-hour workweek
