Job Summary
Joining a dynamic fintech startup, the full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Service Agent will work remotely to assist customers with changes to their insurance policies, process service requests, and address inquiries regarding coverage and benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions to customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Willingness to obtain a Georgia P&C license within 60 days of starting
- Flexible availability for a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
