Job Summary
Joining a dynamic fintech startup, the full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Support Agent will assist customers in managing their insurance policies, process service requests, and provide support remotely, ensuring a positive experience for policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with inquiries about coverages and policy benefits, actively working to retain policyholders
Required qualifications
- Georgia P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of starting)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
